This project is a project done in co-operation with Digital Mei Media, a small web development firm based in Markham. What the client wanted was a clean and fresh redesign of the current site, that was searchable and easy to update.

Chisuji

Project: Chisuji - Web Site Design & Development/Comic Book Colouring

Description:
The client originally wanted an online presence and to use the web as a forum to tell his story.  Using the Kamikaze comic engine, a simple, yet striking, site was developed, allowing for easy updates, and ease of use for first time visitors to browse previous pages to catch up on their reading. Since the site's initial launch, it has since been picked up by publisher, Antarctic Press, and help was also needed for colouring some of the pages of issues 1 and 2 for a colour print run. The web site is regularly updated and books can be found at your local comic book retailer.

Walkaway Live

Project: Walkaway Protection Live - Submission page & Event Ticket

Description:
E3 Consulting, a web development firm based in Toronto, commissioned Section 9 Designs to design a form submission page for one of their clients, where their employees could enter their information and an access code to RSVP for an event. The design for this page was based on a print ad. Header graphic was animated and done in flash, with looping audio that could be toggled off and on.

EFG Companies, Nada 2006 EFG Party

Project: EFG Companies Race Rock - Submission page & HTML Email

Description:
This page allows employees to enter their information and an access code to RSVP for an event. The design for this page was based on a print ad. Header graphic is a short flash animation with fish swimming in a race. HTML confirmation email design was derived from the submission page design.

This was a small flash site for EFG Companies. The look of this site was derived from their print advertisements. Animation and interactivity helped add emphasis to their message.

Keven Jordan

Description:

Juno Award winner, Keven Jordan, now working as a freelance graphic designer, commisioned a small web site to showcase some of his music, photos and press releases. The look of the site was based on the cover of his album "No Sign of rain".

Software Interface Design

Eaton Media, a graphic design and web development firm in Toronto, commissioned Section 9 Designs to come up with several skin designs for a software they were working on for a client. Section 9 Designs was given a lot of creative freedom with the designs, so the looks ranged from traditional box layouts, to layouts with fluid, liquid metal-like flow.

Decepticon

Project: Decepticon - Web Site Design & Development

Description:
Decepticon was a Toronto area funky techno DJ, and wanted a site that was slick and vibrant. He wanted the site to be a place where visitors could learn more about himself and his career, view his picture gallery, download mixes and view his monthly top 10 lists. He has since changed his name to Matt Dublin and has a residence on internet an internet radio station.
